Meet Hike leaders Alan Alvarez, 610-804-6577, Pradip Bhatnagar, 484-252-1947, for a hiking trip to the Allegheny National Forest /Kinzua Bridge State Park on Sept 26-28, 2 night 3 days. We will stay at Kane Manor Inn, Kane, PA. Contemplating 2 hikes in the Allegheny National Forest and 1 hike at Kinzua State Park. The hikes are planned to be 8-13 miles long. These are adventure hikes, hike leaders have no prior knowledge of the trails. Will carpool for travel, hikes will be shuttle hikes. For the purpose of fixing the logistics and lodging, hike leaders need to know interested individuals by Aug 7. Travel time to Kane is 4.5-5 hrs. Plan to leave at 6:30 AM on 9/26 , anticipated arrival 11 am at Kinzua State Park, will do 6-8 mile hike at Kinzua State Park, will them check at Kane Manor Inn. Anticipated return 9/28, departing late afternoon. Trip is limited to 8 hikers.
