Meet Hike Leader Alan Alvarez 610-804-6577, mapa136@gmail.com, for 3 days of hikes on the Tuscarora Trail. September 16th to 19th . We’ll do Sections 1 to 3 of the TT. The hikes are as follow:
Day 1 Appalachian Trail to PA 74, 13 miles*, Class B/C
Day 2 PA 74 to PA 233, 12 miles*, Class B/C
Day 3 PA 233 to Cowpens Rd, 8.5*, Class B/C
* Note that mileage is approximate.
These are adventure hikes, HL has no prior knowledge of the trails. Will car pool for travel, hikes will be shuttle hikes. For the purpose of fixing the logistics and lodging, HL needs to know interested individuals by August 15th. Travel time to Airbnb is 2.5 hours. Trip will be limited to 9 hikers (10 if couples) including HL. Further details will be provided at some later date once HL knows who has registered.
Registration is required by August 15th.
Friday Sept 16th is a travel day to the Airbnb where we’ll be staying.
