Join Colleen DeVirgiliis, 610-331-3578, for a hike with yoga beginning at the Exton Park Trailhead for the Chester Valley Trail (near the original bathrooms) We will hike about 5 miles with stops to stretch along the way. No yoga experience necessary. Directions: from Route 100 and Route 30 travel north on 100 to Swedesford Road. Turn right on Swedesford Road to Church Farm Lane. Turn right onto Church Farm Lane and then right to the main parking lot. Bring water and a snack.
