Meet Joe Kiczek (c) 484-639-8824 at the Batsto Visitors Center Parking Lot. We will then shuttle to the start at Route 532. The trail traverses mostly thru the Wharton State Forest and Pine Barrens. The hike will end at the historic Batsto Village. We can meet up in the Wegmans Parking lot on Route 29 in Malvern to carpool with a 6:30 AM departure time. Maximum number of hikers per car is 2 since this is a shuttle hike. Travel time approximately 90 minutes and 70 miles from Wegmans to meet up. ADDRESS: 31 Batsto Road Hammonton, NJ 08037. DIRECTIONS: From King of Prussia take the Schuylkill Expressway to Philadelphia and cross into New Jersey over the Walt Whitman Bridge. Continue straight to stay on I-76 and stay to the right to continue on Route 42 south for 24 miles (becomes the Atlantic City Expressway), Take Exit 28 toward Hammonton, in ½ mile turn left onto 12th Street, In 2.2 miles turn right onto Central Avenue, in 1.7 miles turn right onto S White Horse Pike, in .1 miles turn left onto Pleasant Mills Road (Route 542), in 6.5 miles turn left onto Batsto Village Road to the Batsto Visitors Center.
