Meet Hike Leader Bob Gagnon 610-547-0034, robertgagnon@verizon.net, for a day hike on Section 4A of the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania. The hike is from Hawk Mountain to Port Clinton. This will be a shuttle hike. Hikers are asked to have completed at least 3 documented hikes with the CCTC. Those who do not meet this criteria but wish to participate, and guest hikers, are asked to contact the HL at least 72 hours before the hike.
Directions: Meet at the Route 61AT access parking lot, Port Clinton, at 8:30 am. GPS Coordinates: 40.5784, -76.0241. We will shuttle to the AT access parking lot off of Pine Swamp Rd in Eckville, near the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. GPS Coordinates: 40.6256, -75.9535.
Carpool: For those interested in carpooling, meet at 7:00 AM at Gateway Shopping Center, Swedesford Road, Wayne, outside of the Starbucks.
