Meet HL Joe Kiczek (c) 484-639-8824 at the Cecil County Library parking lot at 9:30AM. From there we will shuttle to the Elk Neck State Forest.

DIRECTIONS: From the Intersection of Route 30 and Route 10:Travel time is approximately 45 minutes from Parkesburg, PA. Drive south on Route 10 for 15.5 miles. Continue onto S Third Street for 1.3 miles, make a slight left onto Barnsley Road and in 3.4 miles continue onto Route 272 for 8.5 miles Turn right onto Route 40 Pulaski Highway and then turn left into shopping center. The Library is across from the Food Lion.
